Mindy Magoon NP is amazing! I felt heard, validated, and understood for the first time in regard to all my symptoms and knowing they were connected. She listened and actually told me things I could expect but were already happening and I forgot to mention. I highly recommend her. She’s interested in putting the puzzle together as a whole.

Dr. Was great. Downfall. . You can't make an appt unless it's for next day. If they are out of appts for next day you have to call the day after and try again. I was a new patient with a complex medical talk and forgot to ask for refills. They won't refill since they never did. Make an appt but we are sorry we're all out. You'll have to call back tomorrow to see if you can get in on Monday. Meanwhile one medication is an antidepressant so by Monday ill be out for 5 days. Sorry, nothing we can do. I did ask after I walked out from dr. Appt for refills and was instructed to go on my chart for those. Oh guess what, you can't do that since we never established those meds with you. I think ill be looking for a new pcp

The staff was nice and friendly. The only thing is waiting time. Np Mindy was very nice. and explain Everything to me. Everyone was very nice. The place is very clean. I left very satisfied. Even though I'm still feeling a little bit sick. But is not there fault. I recommend. surprise medical group very highly.

My husband recently saw NP Mindy Magoon and highly recommended her to me. I have anxiety, and finding a great compatible primary care manager who listens and helps is not easy. My visit with her went well. I described what was going on and I feel like she listened and understood what needed to happen next without judgement. She also has a great sense of humor and really seems to care about her patients. The facility was nice, and it was very easy to book my appointment. I will be returning as needed for future medical appointments.

Mary got me in for an appointment same day as a new patient which I've never even heard of before. I was taken back by medical assistant who was very kind and the NP Mindy was the one who saw me. She was excellent and her assessment was thorough. My blood got drawn same day and results were back the same day. Such efficient and friendly staff I highly recommend.
